Refunds cannot be issued for:

  • Accounts flagged for violation of our Terms of Use or fraudulent activity.

Once your refund request is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 48 hours.

  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 7 business days for funds to return to your account or wallet.
